I
love to tell people about Elite Martial Arts because it has benefited
my family in so many ways. People told me time and again that karate
would be good for my 6 year old son, Merritt. It wasn't until Merritt
started asking me again and again to take him to a karate class that I
started to really take it seriously. That's when we discovered Elite
Martial Arts.
After meeting with Mrs. Csoka and Ms. Carolyn to explain
what I was looking for in a program, I know this was going to be a good
match. It's rare that you find a place that exceeds your expectations.
We started with a two week trial course and from that point there's
been no looking back. We were looking for a sport that would build
personal confidence and strength, as well as respect for other people.
Not only did we find these qualities at Elite Martial Arts, but we also
found an environment of wholesome competition and positive role models.
Everybody from the youngest student to the to the most senior
instructor, embraces the idea of "Perfection not in might, but in
character."
Karate has sparked an interest and confidence in my son
that no other sport has done before. He noticed early on that the only
person he was competing with was himself. He tries to achieve his
personal best. Not much time went by before I signed my 4 year old son
as well. Now in the mornings, Merritt and Parker like to do their
karate stretches and excersises, and yes, they do them without
prompting.
The team of instructors are just incredible. Mrs. Csoka's
wisdom and patience for teaching all ages is an art form. Mr. Csoka is
an experienced instructor that creates an atmosphere of excellence as
well as enjoyment for his students. We are proud of our sons, and we
thank Elite Martial Arts for providing this positive experience for
them.
